I heavily prefer using Cashapp over PayPal so it is pervered to only use PayPal if that is your only means of sending money.

Thing I may deny depending on the circumstance and are likly to incur an upcharge.

Will Not Draw:
Things I am uncomfortable drawing, either because I have little practice or other personal beliefs.
• Humans / Humanoids
• Hardcore Gore
• NSFW
• Political Topics
• Anything legally a crime or controversial
Commission Terms:
• I can refuse a commission for any reason
• I can cancel a commission for any reason, if paid you will recive a full refund no matter progress made
• You must have an unshaded digital reference of the character you want drawn, watermarks are fine
• Major changes can only be made in the sketch phase
• I still have the copy right to my art, commissions are likely to be posted and may be used as examples
You Can:
• Repost art with credit
• Create personal prints or copies
You Cannot:
• Use my art for monetary purposes, including NFTs
• Make major edits / changes to my art
• My art cannot be used in any kind of AI
Monetary use of my art can be discussed, it will incur an upcharge. This must be discussed upfront.
Design Terms:
• You must have a ToyHouse to own one of my designs, I am able to provide codes if necessary
You Can:
• Change the design in any way
• De-Species, in accordance with any species regulation if applicable
• Repost art with credited
• Use the design for monetary purposes
You Cannot:
• Remove my designs from ToyHouse
• Resell for money unless paid for or art is added
• Trade or get rid of a design after getting it. There is a one month cool down before rehoming the design
Offer to Adopt Terms:
• You must have a ToyHouse to own one of my designs, I am able to provide codes if necessary.
• I completly understand that most sites struggle to notify people about first time DMs, any rules relating to respond time do not apply to first time DMs.
• Designs bought or received from me have a holding period of 1-2 months before any resell or retrade.
What I Accept:
• Money, USD, through Cashapp or PayPal
• Art, Digital Preferred
• Customs or OCs
• Closed Species (MYOs, Items, and/or OCs)
Rules:
• Money must be sent in 24 hours of the message
• You have 2 months to complete owed art
• If no updates, minimum sketches, are sent after the 1st month then the offer will be canceled
